NATURE

Nature is the best
Nature doesn't rest
Nature is made by God
Nature is like gold

Nature is the best
Nature doesn't rest
Nature makes us breathe
Nature makes trees

Nature is the best
Nature doesn't rest
Nature does all
Nature loves God

Nature is the best
Nature doesn't rest
Nature includes flowers
Nature attracts animals

Nature is the best
Nature doesn't rest
Nature makes me smile
Nature is our lives
Nature is the best
Nature doesn't rest
Nature is cool.
But nature isn't blue.

Nature is the best
Nature doesn't rest

THE HIKE TO THE RIVER

That bright sunny Sunday
Ari and I planned for a funday.

We set out for an adventurous river lime
The trail would be a steep climb

With mountaineering boots and full back pack
We headed for the rocky track.

We were grateful for a sunny day
Which made trekking easier along the way

With amble, careful strides
We struggled to avoid slides

With the sixty minutes hike,
Our journey needed no trike

The water was tepid and calm
It was a healing balm

On a sunny Sunday,
A river lime made our day.

GOLDILOCKS AND THE THREE BEARS

Goldilocks entered the three bears' cottage,
Where on the table she saw three bowls of porridge,
She chose to eat the smallest bowl there,
After sampling all without a care,
Then she sat on the smallest chair,
Breaking it, that's just not fair!
With a full tummy she went to sleep,
The bears returned without a peep,
She woke up to the three bears' stare,
Startled, she jumped and ran,
She had quite the scare.

ONE WAY TO HAPPINESS

For three months,
a yellow haze shrouded my eyes,
such an unease, choking my breath,
and another day has passed,
in the year of questions,
more inquiries.
I'm unprepared.
When Autumn arrives,
your absence remains absolute.
At the edges of every map,
someone's feet urges them
to reinvent themselves
No one knows when the flames will subside.
No one knows what's coming
Remain grateful, my therapist cautions,
count your breaths
and imagine nonexistent places.
a static presence,
Sleeps the night in soft breaths,
Says, it's the only way.
